These are women who think outside the box, refuse to be defined by society’s narrow view of beauty and success, and who are making a difference in the lives of others.
They are passionate in their endeavors. They are devoted to people they love and things they believe matter. They are kind. They live in a manner true to themselves. They dream big. They embrace change. They have fascinating stories to tell.
Times of transition, growth or embarking on new adventures are wonderful times to get portraits taken. They will remind you and your loved ones of who you are right now.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Women with a deep appreciation for where they are on their life’s journey, and want to share who they are in a way that is creative, real and timeless. This photoshoot experience is an exciting adventure, custom tailored and focused on YOU!
Think about how you want to be captured, what is your passion? If someone was going to write a magazine article about you, what would that story be? And how can we capture it in photos? My passion is to give you an unforgettable editorial-style experience.
ABOUT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
What drives me as a portrait artist is the process of getting to spend time with someone one-on-one and capturing their essence in a portrait. For me the feeling that a portrait conveys is the most important element. To be able to show people how beautiful and expressive their portrait can be, is one of the greatest rewards.
I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years with a concentration in editorial-style portraits, dance, and branding. I work out of my studio in Groton, Massachusetts accessible to the Worcester, Boston and Metrowest areas.
It is my third time creating special series for women and I have seen them at all different stages of life. It is my honor to be a part of their journey and to capture them in fine art portraits. I invite you to experience this for yourself.
What to expect from your FIRE WITHIN portrait session:
You won’t need to worry much about how to prepare or what to wear. I’ll work with you on this!
- We’ll start with a conceptual meeting with me to discuss how you want to be photographed and create a vision for your session. I’ll also help you choose your wardrobe—from your closet or my studio collection.
Fully guided professional photo shoot for up to 2 hours in my Groton, MA studio.
- Afraid you’ll feel awkward in front of my camera? Don’t be. You’ll see very quickly the beautiful images we are creating and will relax into it. People tell me all the time how surprised they were at how much they enjoyed the process.
- I will pose you from head to toe right down to your fingertips in a way that flatters your body type even though you won’t look overly posed.
A reveal and ordering session where you can see your beautiful portraits and have the opportunity to purchase what you love. No minimum purchase. Digital images and prints sold separately. Products start at $290 a-la-carte. Save by purchasing collection packages which start at $1200. A $300 product credit is included in the session fee.
You will have the opportunity to share your story as part of my Fire Within Series.
The Fire Within closing reception to meet other participants and view portraits and share stories.
